MUSIC BEER is not just about money.
Since his adolescence, the creator of MUSIC BEER has always been involved in the social life of his village through the creation of the Youth Club and his involvement in the multiple activities of his Cultural Center. Upon arriving in Brussels to work in the advertising industry, Pascal NOEL persevered in his social involvement by organizing events, exhibitions and early Jazz concerts.

Passionate about bringing people together to participate in organizing events to share with others clearly reflects the philosophy of MUSIC BEER... bringing people together to share a good beer, but always with a humanist and social objective.
The creation of the labels LYRAE & KROKO Music, the magazine JAZZAROUND (now JAZZMANIA), the production of the ISHANGO Oratorio as well as numerous concerts or shows in Belgium and Europe have always promoted the involvement or participation of many people in situations of social vulnerability.

Her partnership with the VAES-SNELLING family, involved in the cultural and social activities of the town of Jodoigne, complements MUSIC BEER's development goals while maintaining the same enthusiasm for humanism and social issues. Au Moulin des Délices, the Café d'Eté concept created by Chantal VAES, with its exhibitions and concerts, is perfectly aligned with MUSIC BEER's humanist and social philosophy.

In practice, whenever MUSIC BEER becomes involved in a musical or cultural organization or production, particular attention is always paid to involving people facing social vulnerabilities. The aim is to foster connections, sharing, and even create employment opportunities through collaboration with SOLIDUS UNIT, the non-profit organization that initiated the MUSIC BEER project to support musicians during the COVID-19 crisis in 2020-2022.
